Deliveries usually arrive in 5–7 working days from dispatch. You’ll get a tracking number once it’s shipped. Transit delays (e.g., weather) are outside our control.

Rush services available for an additional fee; upon request. Please contact us with your *need by* date before placing an order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Our Memorial Plaques & House Signs are engraved to the highest standard and sealed to withstand the Irish climate.

We gladly welcome custom artwork if it meets a few specific requirements.

We'll ask to review the design first to ensure that it is a project we can take on and that the design is compatible with our procedures.

Each of our custom A4 pieces and our trophies come with a hanger on the back, however, there is an option of having each corner drilled with holes for screws. Please let us know when placing your order if you would like this option.
